Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of item receipt.
Eligibility Criteria: For a return, your item must remain in its original, unused condition, and with its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
Initiating a Return: Contact us at Info@shoplaroux.com to begin the return process. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back the item. Please note, returns without prior authorization won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receipt, inspect your order immediately. Should you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly. We’ll assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and used candles are non-returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Exchanges: If the scent of your candle doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us at Info@shoplaroux.com. We aim to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, the processing and posting of refunds by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
